About the Role
Swiftworks is seeking driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team as Independent Account Executives.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for generating pipeline, working both cold and warm opportunities, and closing new business. You will build and manage your own book of clients while earning ongoing recurring commissions on the revenue you generate.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with outbound prospecting, confident in closing, and motivated by performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach and targeted prospecting
  • Engage and convert inbound and company-provided leads
  • Run discovery calls, present solutions, and close new clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through signed agreement
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Continuously grow and manage your sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (B2B or service-based sales is a plus)
  • Strong prospecting and cold outreach ability

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
