About the Role
Swiftworks is hiring motivated, entry-level candidates for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role with a clear path to becoming a full-cycle Account Executive.

This is a structured, growth-focused position where you will begin by learning outbound prospecting and sales fundamentals, then progress into running calls, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle.

No prior sales experience is required—we provide training and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed in tech sales.

Training Program (First 3 Weeks)
All new hires complete a paid training program designed to prepare you for real client interactions and long-term success:

  • Product training on Swiftworks services and solutions
  • Sales strategy, positioning, and value-based selling
  • Ideal client profiles and targeting
  • Cold outreach techniques (calls, email, messaging)
  • Objection handling and communication skills
  • Roleplay, call simulations, and live shadowing

By the end of training, you will be prepared to begin engaging prospects and working toward managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and identify potential client opportunities
  • Engage with inbound and warm leads
  • Schedule and run introductory calls
  • Support and begin closing smaller deals
  • Track activity and manage leads within the sales process
  • Continuously improve outreach and communication skills

Growth Path
This role is designed as a stepping stone into a closing position:

  • Phase 1: Learn prospecting, qualification, and fundamentals
  • Phase 2: Begin running calls and closing smaller opportunities
  • Phase 3: Transition into a full-cycle Account Executive role based on performance

Top performers can begin taking on closing responsibilities shortly after completing training.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $14/hour base pay
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Target earnings equivalent of ~$24/hour+
  • 60/40 base-to-commission compensation structure
